Dr Stephen Cho

BDS Otago

Dr Stephen Cho was born in Wellington and is a graduate from the Otago University School of Dentistry.  Dr Cho started the practice at Meadowbank Dental Centre over 20 years ago and has considerable experience in the fields of cosmetic, orthodontic and general dentistry. He is a foundation member of the NZ Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and has memberships with the NZ Dental Association, Auckland Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, International Association of Orthodontics and NZ Cerec Group.

Stephen has a passion for technology and uses the latest state of art equipment in his dental practice to deliver exceptional dentistry. With an experienced, caring dental team, Dr Cho is able to meet and exceed your dental expectations to create your dream smile.

Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge to Meadowbank Dental Centre, having trained internationally in the US and Australia in the fields of orthodontics, cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. He continues to keep up to date with the latest techniques to offer uncompromised care for his patients. He has established a reputation for excellence among his colleagues and patients in the field of dentistry with his caring, gentle nature.

Dr Anna Robinson

BDS Otago

Dr. Anna Robinson graduated in 2004 from the University of Otago. During her undergraduate training, Anna was awarded the 2001 Oral B scholarship for the top overall student in her year for academic, cultural, service and sporting achievements.

After graduating, she returned to her hometown Hamilton, and spent the next 9 years in private practice.

Anna relocated to Auckland with her family in 2014, and joined Meadowbank Dental in September 2016.

Dr Robinson prides herself as being a very gentle and caring dentist with a special interest in Root canals, extractions and all restorative work. She has the kindness and knowledge that comes with nearly two decades of dental experience.

Anna lives in Meadowbank with her husband Grant and her 2 children.

Member of the ADA (Auckland Dental Association) and NZDA (New Zealand Dental Association).

Dr Fleur Woolford

BDS Otago

We’re excited to welcome Dr Fleur Woolford to our Meadowbank Dental family.

Fleur brings over 15 years of experience and a genuine passion for helping patients feel confident in their smiles. She graduated from the University of Otago in 2009 with Distinction and was awarded the Harvey Brown Prize for Excellence.

Her areas of interest include orthodontics –  from early intervention through to more advanced options like braces and Invisalign  – as well as cosmetic and family dentistry, and minimally invasive techniques. Fleur takes a preventive and personalised approach, carefully tailoring each treatment plan to suit her patients’ lifestyle, goals, and budget.In 2024, she completed a postgraduate diploma in orthodontics, further expanding her expertise in modern orthodontic care and clear aligner therapy.

Fleur also plays an active role in supporting the wider dental profession. She regularly mentors new graduate dentists, helping them navigate the early stages of their careers with confidence and care. She also serves as Chair of the NZDA Benevolent Fund, providing wellbeing support for dentists across the country. In recognition of her professional contributions, she was inducted as a Fellow of the International College of Dentists in 2024 a prestigious honour awarded by invitation only.

Outside of the clinic, Fleur enjoys yoga, cooking, and exploring Auckland with her husband and two daughters. She also volunteers with the Breast Cancer Foundation, a cause close to her heart.

Lorraine Robertson

Hygienist

Lorraine has been a valued member of our team since 2016, bringing warmth and a bubbly personality that perfectly complements her exceptional clinical skills. A graduate of AUT with a Bachelor of Oral Health in Hygiene and Dental Therapy, Lorraine is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care.

Patients often remark on how gentle Lorraine is during treatments, making even the most nervous visitors feel at ease. She uses the advanced EMS Airflow technology, which allows for a thorough yet gentle cleaning experience. Whether addressing basic preventative oral health care or managing periodontal (gum) health issues, Lorraine works meticulously to meet your oral health needs, ensuring your comfort every step of the way.

Hannah

Practice Manager/Clinical Assistant

Originally from Kent, UK, Hannah relocated to New Zealand in 2006 and has been an integral part of the Meadowbank Dental team since 2007. As the Practice Manager and Dr. Stephen Cho’s Clinical Assistant, Hannah has developed a deep passion for cosmetic dentistry, especially in perfecting the ceramics created in-house. She finds immense joy in watching our patients’ final “mirror moments” as they see their transformed smiles for the first time.

Hannah’s favorite aspect of her role is fostering the personal growth of her team and empowering them to reach their full potential. Her calm and gentle demeanor ensures that every patient and team member feels part of the Meadowbank Dental family.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys staying active at the gym, connecting with family and friends/neighbours, and cheering her children on the sidelines during sports.

Caroline

Clinical Assistant

Caroline is Dr Anna Robinson’s devoted dental assistant. They work together in perfect harmony, delivering exceptional dental care. With Caroline’s meticulous support and Dr. Robinson’s expertise, they create a seamless and compassionate experience for every patient.

Outside Meadowbank Dental, Caroline continues to share her love and laughter with her family and friends.

Nay

Clinical Assistant

Meet Nay, one of the friendliest faces you'll see at Meadowbank Dental! Originally trained as a dentist in Brazil, Nayara brings loads of international experience and a whole lot of positive energy to our team.

She's got a bubbly personality that instantly puts patients at ease, especially those who feel a little nervous about their visit. Whether she's assisting with implant surgeries or chatting with kids in the waiting room, Nayara’s warm and cheerful vibe makes every appointment feel a little brighter.

Nay has worked in busy practices across Brazil, Australia, and New Zealand, and is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. She's especially passionate about implant dentistry and All-on-4 procedures, and loves helping patients feel confident and cared for.

Outside the clinic, Nayara is the creative star behind much of Meadowbank Dental’s social media. From fun behind-the-scenes moments to helpful dental tips, she’s got a knack for making our online presence just as welcoming as our clinic.

We’re lucky to have Nayara on the team, her energy, expertise, and love for what she does make her a true gem at Meadowbank Dental!

Carole

Receptionist

Carole is one of the friendly faces to greet you in  at reception. She has been with Meadowbank dental for over 10 years bringing lots of smiles and laughter to the team. Every day she brings her excellent customer service skills and loves to solve any challenge that comes her way.

Outside of work, you can find Carole investigating her family history, spending time with her granddaughter Ise, or chasing “gifts” from her cats, Fiz and Chez. There are rumours that she stays up reading until 1:00am.

Kate

Receptionist

We’re thrilled to welcome Kate as the friendly face at our front desk! With her warm personality, quick efficiency, and ability to pick things up in a flash, she’s already an indispensable part of the team. Kate brings a wonderful mix of kindness, fun, and professionalism to everything she does.

Outside of work, Kate loves spending quality time with her family and taking peaceful nature walks with her husband. Fun fact: she’s a former New Zealand Rock ’n’ Roll dance champion (1992!)—though we’re still waiting for an in-office performance. When it’s time to unwind, you’ll find her curled up with her two ragdoll cat sisters, catching up on true crime shows.

Emma

Hygienist

Emma Tillman is a dedicated and compassionate Oral Health Therapist with a strong foundation in both clinical practice and patient education. Trained in New Zealand and holding registrations with both the DCNZ and GDC, Emma brings a wealth of experience from her work across public health services and private dental clinics.

With a Bachelor of Oral Health from Otago University and postgraduate studies in public health, Emma combines academic excellence with hands-on expertise. Her clinical experience spans periodontal diagnosis and treatment, Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), whitening procedures, and restorative care including fillings and crowns.

Emma is known for her friendly, approachable nature and her commitment to delivering holistic, patient-centered care. She values teamwork and continuous learning, and has contributed to community outreach through events like cultural and community fairs.

Now returning to Auckland after working in London, Emma is excited to reconnect with the local dental community and continue making a positive impact on oral health outcomes.
